Equipment Overview

As the core component of electric vehicles, the performance of the power battery of new energy vehicle directly decides the performance of the entire vehicle. Therefore, the power battery system safety test is an essential link in the development of new energy vehicles. SNE6835 series Power Battery System Safety Test Equipment has been successfully applied to many new energy vehicle entire car factory customers.

Test Project

1. CAN Communication Test: To test if the BMS communication is normal.

2. Single cell voltage test: The upper computer reads the maximum and minimum values of all cell voltages, and then reads the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the upper computer.

3. Single cell temperature test: Including the highest temperature of the cell, the lowest temperature of the cell, and the difference temperature of the cell.

4. SOC test: read the SOC value of the battery pack.

5. Total voltage test: the total voltage of the output terminal of the battery system.

6. Insulation test: Insulation resistance test of battery system, including output terminal and fast charging terminal.

Main Function

1. Multi-channel: Including potential equalization test, insulation resistance of charging socket, vehicle insulation resistance, insulation detection function verification, capacity coupling test, insulation resistance of power load, AC withstand voltage, DC withstand voltage and leakage current test etc.

2. Screen display: 21.5-inch true color LCD screen is used, and the interface of the test process is visible, which is convenient for observation and judgment.

3. Permission management: multi-level permission setting, which is convenient for management.

4. Data management: Manage various data, protect the integrity and security of the data, and have functions such as query and export to meet the data management needs of the production line.

5. Safety protection: Over-current protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, leakage current protection and emergency protection, etc.

6. Massive data: Support massive data storage and analysis; MES system docking, etc.

7. Flexible startup: Support multiple startup methods such as scan code startup, button startup, remote startup, etc.
