Equipment Overview

Samples and Restrictions: Rubber insulated wires and cables, thermoplastic insulated wires and cables, flexible cord device wires and user drop cables

Application: Used for 1060 vertical burning and FT1 test, 1061 cable burning test, 1080 (vertical sample) VW-1 burning test, 1090 (horizontal sample) burning test and 1100 (horizontal sample)/FT2 burning test for finished wires, cables or flexible wires, to assess the ability of wires, cables or cords to spread flames to nearby combustible materials when they catch fire.

Test Principle: 1060 vertical burning and FT1 test, 1061 cable burning test, 1080 (vertical specimen) VW-1 burning test, 1090 electrical wire (horizontal specimen) burning test and 1100 horizontal specimen/FT2 burning test.

Structure:

1. It adopts integral air intake automatic ignition system, and the combustion delay is only 0.1 seconds to ensure full combustion of gas.

2. Adopt PLC intelligent control system, touch screen operation interface, and with remote control wireless induction remote operation, making the record more accurate.

3. The Bunsen burner is manufactured in accordance with the ANSI/ASTM D 5025 standard requirements, and with durable and accurate
original imported American Omega armored K-type thermocouple and U-type differential pressure gauge.

4. Black background, multi-function flame gauge, which make the flame adjustment work become simple, the cabinet is all stainless steel, and the observation window is large and easy to operate.
