This natural ventilation thermal aging test chamber is required by many standards, such as IEC 60884-1:2013 clause 16.1, IEC 60669-1 clause 15.1, IEC 60065:2014 clause 12.1.6, etc.

It is used to perform thermal aging test to polymer materials (plastics, plastics and electrical insulating materials such as: wire and cable sheathing, heat shrinkable tube, rubber test or PVC materials, and the insulating components, or use for drying, baking, heat treatment and so on

Equipment Features

1. Adopts to microcomputer electronic digital control method, precise, accurate, stable and reliable.
2. The chamber insulation package is made of silicon, high temperature resistant, never aging; and an observation window is attached to facilitate the observation of the sample during the experiment.
3. P.I.D. control system, double over-temperature protection, safe and reliable.
4. The temperature setting is simple, and the operation is more convenient.
5. With a rotation sample holder for hanging the samples.

6. Outer chamber material: electrostatic spraying of cold-rolled steel plate.

7. Thermal insulation material: high-quality reinforced high-temperature resistant rock wool board.
