Equipment Overview

The servo motor drive mechanism is used to perform linear plug-and-pull repetitive actions on the sample, and an external load can be connected for on-off testing. Power on and off time, test speed, stroke, and angle can all be preset through the touch screen.

It is used to test whether electrical accessories such as electric vehicle charging interfaces, industrial plugs, sockets, and couplers can withstand the mechanical stress, electrical stress, and thermal stress that occur during normal use without excessive wear or other harmful effects, with the purpose of verifying their reliability.

Technical Parameters

Function	It has the function of simulating the normal operation of the charging interface, which can realize the plug-in and pull-out operation of the charging interface, also has the programmable setting of test speed, test time and test times
Drive mode	The servo motor drives the plugging and unplugging movements and the rotating and liquid-wetting movements, and the auxiliary cylinder realizes the opening and closing of the switch interlocking mechanism.
Sample fixture and clamping method	Mechanical clamping, X/Y/Z three-dimensional adjustable clamp, adjustable clamping point position, universal clamp suitable for national standard, American standard, European standard AC/DC charging interfaces
Automatic flip	Equipped with an automatic flipping mechanism at the charging gun clamp, which can be flipped 90º, and the flip holding time can be set arbitrarily within the range (0 ~ 600) s, which can achieve the testing of solution dip for IEC 62196-1:2022 clause 23.3.2.
Number of trials	0~999999 times, can be preset, automatically stops when the count reaches the set value
Breaking capacity conduction time	1-999.9s, can be preset (the standard requires that electrical contact should be maintained for no more than 4s and no less than 2s)
Plug and withdrawal rate	0-10 times/min, can be preset (3.75 cycles/min, 7.5 strokes/min)
Test stroke	0-150mm, can be preset (the distance between the test plug and the test socket is ≥50mm)
Test speed	0-1100mm/s can be preset directly on the touch screen
Force value display	Equipped with a 50kg range force sensor, which can monitor force value in real time, form a force-time curve, display the maximum insertion force and extraction force, and display the current force value, force value range (0 ~ 500) N
Locking device	It has the function of automatically pressing the mechanical locking device to simulate normal operating conditions.
Solution tank	Equipped with one solution tank, which can accommodate IEC 62196-1:2022 clause 23.3.2 salt and dust water simulated solution, please note that the solution should be prepared by user
Solution dip requirements	The numbers of dip, dip time, drying time, plug-in and withdrawal times, and cycle times can be set
Load	External, can work with SN2217-480V250A
Detection function	When the load is connected, it can realize circuit break alarm and record the current times.
Safety protection	Ground protection, short circuit protection, overload protection
