Equipment Overview

This product is specifically designed to test electrical equipment, ensuring that enclosures and seals can effectively maintain the performance of the equipment and components in rain-exposed environments. With a thoughtful and scientific design, it realistically simulates various environmental conditions, including drip, rainfall, splash, and water spray. Featuring an advanced control system and the use of variable frequency technology, the product allows for automatic adjustments of the rotation angle of the rainfall specimen rack, the swing angle of the spray arm, and the spray volume frequency, ensuring precise and reliable testing.

Spray distance	The sample is positioned 2.5 to 3 meters away from the nozzle, with the distance being carefully controlled by the tester.

Water spray test time	The duration is adjustable, with a minimum of 3 minutes or longer, depending on the testing requirements.
Water spray pressure	The pressure range is adjustable from 30 to 100 kPa, depending on the required flow rate.
Automatic spray system	The spray rack is constructed from formed aluminum profiles and is equipped with a set of IPX5/6 up-and-down swinging nozzles, each of which is independently controlled for precise testing. The movable IPX5/6 spray nozzle system consists of 6 spray nozzles in total. One IPX5 nozzle is positioned at the top to test the upper part of the energy storage cabinet, while the remaining 5 IPX5/6 nozzles are located in the middle of the system. Each of these nozzles is capable of vertical (up-and-down) swinging with a swing angle of ±15°. Each of the 6 nozzles is equipped with a mechanical flow meter, allowing for individual control of the flow rate for each nozzle. (The picture for reference only)
