Product Overview

This waterproof test equipment simulates natural water exposure conditions such as rain, sea spray, and river water to evaluate the durability and protection level of electronic and electrical products. It is essential for testing enclosures to prevent damage like corrosion, deformation, mildew, and electrical failures caused by water ingress, helping to avoid costly losses and safety hazards such as short circuits and fires.

Widely applied in outdoor lighting, household appliances, automotive parts, and other electronic devices, the equipment rigorously assesses product performance under controlled climatic water impact conditions. It enables manufacturers to verify compliance with protection standards, improve product design, and ensure reliable factory inspections.

The device subjects products to water jets and sprays conforming to international standards (IEC60529:1989 +A1:1999 +A2:2013), specifically IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, and IPX6 protection levels. A rotating turntable inside a stainless steel chamber ensures uniform exposure. Oscillating spray tubes simulate realistic water impact patterns, allowing precise assessment of enclosure sealing and waterproof integrity.

Observation windows with internal LED lighting facilitate monitoring during tests, while the robust steel construction ensures durability for long-term use.
