    This battery explosion-proof box is used to prevent battery explosion or combustion from causing unnecessary harm to test personnel during overcharge, over-discharge or other tests. The entire body is made of steel, with a strong texture and good explosion-proof effect.

    Structural requirementsThe equipment is integrally formed. The explosion-proof strength of the box meets the explosion strength of a module consisting of two 325Ah battery cells connected in series. Effective explosion-proof pressure relief design is carried out. The steel plate material is treated with rust-proof insulation and is effectively flame-retardant. Structural design drawings are provided. Explosion-proof chains are installed to prevent the box door from being opened.

    Equipment inner box

    Made of 2mm SUS304 stainless steel + 3mm cold-rolled steel plate, with external welded reinforcement ribs to ensure the strength of the inner box. Prevent the impact of battery explosion from damaging the box. Adopts TIG continuous welding; has acid-proof, explosion-proof and corrosion-proof functions; C5 channel steel is welded on the outside of the box for reinforcement;

    Strong base and frameThe base of the equipment is welded with channel steel. The frame is welded with channel steel on the base, and the whole equipment is fixed on the channel steel frame, which is strong and durable, with small vibration and low noise during operation.
    Strong door frameThe door frame outer box sheet metal is reinforced by welding channel steel around the perimeter. The hinges and door locks are fixed on this channel steel. M6 high-strength bolts are used to fix the door frame to ensure the strength of the box.
